Through her work with sellers, buyers, investors and developers, Kathy has built a reputation for her strategic approach, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional negotiation skills. Kathy's success is rooted in her ability to understand the unique needs of each client and to tailor her services accordingly. This dedication has earned Kathy a loyal customer base that continually refer new business.  Kathy has also earned numerous accolades, including recognition by Anywhere, Hammond's parent company and the largest real estate brokerage in the country, for achieving the International President's Elite Award (top 2% of Anywhere agents worldwide). She has also been recognized as a Boston Magazine Real Estate Top Producer. 

Kathy's path to real estate was paved with achievements in various fields. As an undergraduate at Northwestern University, Kathy was an endowed scholar, three-time Division I All-American, and member of the U.S. Women's Field Hockey Team.  She was also inducted into Northwestern's Athletic Hall of Fame.  Kathy earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, and for eight years she worked in the corporate world as a management consultant, advising a diverse array of companies. These experiences honed the strong work ethic, strategic mindset, analytical and marketing skills, and exceptional service that have driven Kathy's success in real estate since 2001.

Beyond her work, Kathy has been an active member of the Brookline community for over 30 years.  She enjoys spending time with family, adventures with her black lab Winnie, sharing dinner or a game of cards with friends, and exploring all that our wonderful Boston area has to offer.
